1) Absolutely no god-moding without permission from the person you want to god-mode for.
2) Keep things to their designated rating (G, PG, PG-13, R, NC-17...etc) as dictated by the board's moderators. Basically, if you want to hop in the sack with another member of the site, ask the board moderator or me, the admin, what boards you're allowed to do that on.
3) Cussing is ok as long as you use it in moderation. I don't want to see any posts where every word, every other word, every two words, etc... is a swear. If you're rping being angry with someone and a string of swears is a reaction for your character to say, fine... but in the non-verbal bits, limit swearing please.
4) Respect eachother. Leave personal fights to somewhere besides this site.
To expand, some people may have multiple accounts and one person may not like another person and thus will be inclined to be rude to all of the characters of the other... DON'T. Pretend as if you don't know the other characters, even if you know who is behind them. Also, any in real life fights are to stay out of reactions to the disliked person's characters. So what if you don't like them, this is rp, this is not rl. Check your fued at the login page or get off the site.
5) Try and keep posts at least three lines long. More is welcome, but at least three lines. It's not hard. Answer a question or reply to a statement, describe what you do in response, ask or say something for a reaction to whomever you are rping with.
