Yazuri Takasoku was born in China. His father was Chinese and his Mother Japanese. Yazuri lived on the country side where the small village of humans was not bothered by creatures of evil who wished to enslave them. The main reason they were not attacked was because they tried to stop their race from banishing the magical creatures many years’ ago. The monks who were the ones that tried to keep peace with everyone. When Yazuri was old enough, the monks accepted him in their monastery, serving many years, loyal to his religious beliefs.
He started out as a simple garden boy and was trained to their ancient style known as The Open Fist. The style was like no other, a man could punch through metal with his bare fist. It had something to do with becoming one with your spirit and the object. Your hands were your deadliest weapon, not a sword or a gun, open hands. You no longer need weapons if you have mastered The Open Fist.
Yazuri grew and became very well known to the monastery. He was very well respected and trusted, that is why they chose him to be the protector of the ancient scroll of The Open Fist. Being as young as he was, the head Monk insisted that he carry on the responsibility. So at all times, even when sleeping, he would be on his guard, keeping the scroll of all the secrets of the style, protected.
Years passed and the Monk learned many talents and useful skills. He met with two other martial artist masters and learned the well known styles Kung Fu and Maui Tai, becoming a black belt in degree in each of them. Some might find it impossible in such little time, but Yazuri lived his whole life living by the fist and the monastery. Though he mastered these two styles, but to The Open Fist, he had much to learn. Yet, he was highly enough in rank to pass the style on, which he would choose wisely and strictly on who he trained. The style was far too dangerous to be abused.
Recently, the monk set out on his own to unite all races, preventing any war that might break loose. The Monks granted him farewell and wished a safe return.
